This year's event will be sponsored by SouthSide Works, and the goal of the benefit is to focus on organizations that are making a difference in the city on behalf of the abused, neglected, and troubled youth in Pittsburgh. We are also raising money for an international organization which raises money to create sustainable living for the families in Darfur, Sudan. During the week of May 16th,
the village had a terrible fire, killing 375 goats, 120 sheep, donkeys, and leaving 93 children homeless... again. These families need our help!
All are welcome to attend this all day event which will feature live bands, children activities, provide food/beverage vendors,a silent auction, raffles and lots of information on behalf of the nonprofit organizations.
" Yes I Can!" is an organization composed of people who believe in making a difference in this world, through one nonprofit at a time. We believe that if you want to make a change, you have to BE the change.
