Not only will this be a fall event, it’s the eve of the Steelers-Ravens Sunday night grudge…so this is the official rally hub for Steeler fans to come out in droves and feast on grilled Raven all night long! Fans of Christopher Nolan’s take on the Batman story will have a chance to see all three films in his Dark Knight Trilogy in one night on Thursday, July 19th at Southside Works Cinema located 425 Cinema Dr. in the heart of the Southside Works off of East Carson St.
The first film in the series Batman Begins will play at 6:30 PM followed by The Dark Knight at 9:00 PM before the midnight premiere of The Dark Knight Rises finally giving Pittsburghers a glimpse of how their city was transformed into Gotham during the movie’s local filming.

Techni-cool information: This class is based on Swami Satyananda Saraswati's Pawanmuktasana Series 1 and 2. The first is considered anti-rheumatic and the second is for the digestive tract. As for the cracking itself - there are different types of popping in the body. Richard will explain the different types, which ones are good, and how to tell. We'll be focusing on what’s called defixation - the release of any vaccuum in the joint caused by two sides of the joint fixed together.
